Agency1 started at a kitchen table. In 2002, founder Kyle Hosick launched the company as Addrenaline Media, named for the role it played: getting added to the marketing mix of businesses that needed a partner who understood the web. Kyle had taught himself to build websites a year earlier, right on the cutting edge of a new medium. That instinct, getting ahead of where the industry was heading, has defined the company ever since.

In 2020, the company became Agency1. The name was cleaner and more confident, and it reflected a studio that had grown well beyond its first chapter. But the through line never changed. We have always stayed on top of trends and moved early. We began producing video as soon as YouTube became a force. We built social media strategy the moment social became something serious businesses could not ignore. We were in podcast production and development in the early days of the medium, long before it was a standard line item. Today that history adds up to a full, rounded suite of services under one roof.

Here is the part Kyle and Kim are most excited about. Every client gets treated differently. We listen. We hear the story behind the business, and we hear who that business needs to attract. That understanding changes the design of everything we do.

Too many media and advertising companies quietly steer their clients toward a single look, the design direction the agency simply prefers to work in. We do not do that. We steer a brand toward the one place that actually fits it, the look and feel that suits the business and the customer it is trying to reach. Nothing more, nothing less.

That is the Agency1 way. After more than two decades of staying ahead of the curve, Kyle is opening the next chapter in partnership with Kim Fitzpatrick, bringing the full suite of Agency1 services to a new generation of clients.

Kyle Hosick, Founder

Kyle Hosick has spent twenty four years building brands, and he has never stopped building his own.

As founder and Creative Director of Agency1, Kyle leads creative strategy for businesses across every industry, drawing on a career that has put him on both sides of the table. He has guided creative and brand work for some of North America's most recognized names, including Samsung, Nintendo, Yahoo, and BMO. He has also been the founder in the room: co-creating BiZBash Toronto and serving as its President, building and exiting a network of lifestyle directories through LifeSites Group, and launching EverydayActors.com, the casting platform that earned him a deal with Michael Wekerle on Dragon's Den.

That dual experience is the whole point. Kyle knows what it feels like to build a company, price it, position it, and put it in front of the right people, because he has done it again and again. He also knows what it takes to grow someone else's brand with the same care he would give his own. He knows what separates brands that break through from brands that blend in, and which marketing actually moves the dial versus what just looks good.

His instincts stay sharp because he is still in the arena. Kyle is the founder and creative force behind REVENUE Brand, the executive streetwear label that made its New York Fashion Week debut in February 2026. He is the author of The Highway to Sell, a business book that turns decades of brand and sales experience into a practical framework for founders. Alongside Kim Fitzpatrick, he co-founded the Lumina Legacy Institute and co-hosts the Legacy Live podcast, where leadership and entrepreneurship come to life each week. He is also a lifelong musician whose compositions have aired on Hockey Night in Canada, the PanAm Games, and radio across the country.

When a founder hands Agency1 their brand, they are handing it to someone who has built, sold, and steered more ventures than most people start. Kyle does not steer every client toward the same look. He listens, he learns the business, and he builds the brand that fits. That is what it means to trust your ship to someone who has spent a career at the helm.

Kim Fitzpatrick, Partner

Kim Fitzpatrick is a strategic leadership executive and entrepreneur with more than twenty five years of experience building teams, businesses, and leaders.

Kim's career has been spent where results are measured. She built a one hundred million dollar sales organization and worked alongside large-scale teams responsible for driving performance across regions. That background gives Agency1 something most creative studios lack: a leader who understands the business side of a brand as deeply as the look of it. She knows how growth actually happens, how decisions get made under pressure, and what a brand has to do to earn attention from the customers that matter.

Today she coaches executives, founders, and leadership teams, helping them sharpen clarity, decision-making, and performance when the stakes are real. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and is currently pursuing her Master Certified Coach designation. In 2024 she co-founded the Lumina Legacy Institute, and that same discipline is what she brings to every Agency1 engagement.

Kim is also a builder in her own right. She founded Legacy by Kim, a product company that created employment for women across the country and shipped internationally, and through its Gift-A-Headband initiative donated more than 2,500 headbands to people walking through cancer. She is the author of Be Her Now, a guided journal used by thousands of people taking ownership of their next chapter.

What Kim brings to Agency1 is honest, disciplined counsel. She identifies patterns quickly, challenges assumptions directly, and holds the work to a real standard. She makes sure every brand decision is grounded in strategy, accountability, and outcomes, so clients get both halves of what a brand actually needs to succeed.
